In this book, the spiritual authors have subordinated all the studies of the Spiritist Doctrine to issues presented in the works of Allan Kardec. It is an invitation to meditation, so that the influence of Spiritism can be built up in all environments. The mediums Francisco Cândido Xavier and Waldo Vieira and the Spirits Emmanuel and André Luiz, selfless spiritual benefactors, formed the chapters of this volume, the former being responsible for the even-numbered messages and the latter for the odd-numbered messages, which were psychographed by both mediums in public meetings.
The spiritual authors have subordinated all the studies to issues related to the Kardec Codification, whose five fundamental tomes are listed in this book by the following acronyms: L - The Spirits' Book; E - The Gospel according to Spiritism; M - The Mediums' Book; C - Heaven and hell; G - Genesis.
“In offering our friendly readers the pages of this book, we therefore make it clear that we, Spiritists, incarnate and disincarnate, accept the cults and prejudices, conceptualizations and interpretations of others, wherever they come from, as is only right, but in this or that, we have our own opinion that we must not forget or despise” (Emmanuel).
