The Universe before the Big Bang, a quantum spiritualist vision

big bang

“One of the ways of solving the EPR Paradox is to postulate the existence of an ether behind the space-time scenario, where faster-than-light signals would occur” (Goswami, 2003).

“There is an ethereal fluid that fills space and penetrates bodies, this fluid is the ether or primitive cosmic matter, the generator of the world and of beings” (Kardec, 2001).

When people ask themselves: “Who am I?”, “Where did I come from?” and “Where am I going?”, they don't get convincing answers to their existential questions. He finds himself inserted in a universe that, most of the time, he can't understand, let alone explain, no matter how much he tries to find out.

Look for science, the methodized and reliable way to understand nature, Religion, based on faith, provides answers that strengthen hope, but do not answer the pleas of reason. When the two are combined, however, everything seems to become clearer, because if religion talks about the genesis of the Universe, science shows how to reach it, because if we don't know where we come from, we'll never know who we are.

Perceiving himself as part of this Universe, man, feeling both observer and observed, constructor, but also constructed, composing himself in the reality of his existential relationships, realizes his own singularity, becoming aware of his trajectory in matter, without disconnecting from his cosmic journey, and realizes that, if he is able to reflect objectively on what the world is like, it is because he is part of it. At that moment, he realizes that “man, as man, is stardust and, as Spirit, he is an immortal and intelligent Being, populating the universe, outside the material world” (KARDEC, 1999, question no. 76), temporarily inhabiting a planet called Earth, located at the end of a Galaxy called the Milky Way.

It was against this backdrop that, in 1927, the Belgian Catholic priest and astrophysicist Georges Lemaître (1894-1966) presented his Theory of the primordial atom, suggesting that the Universe was born from a supposed explosion, called the Big Bang[2], which occurred around 13.8 billion years ago, which considered the hypotheses of a open universe[3], from a universe plan[4], or a closed universe[5], with the latter returning to the “primordial atom”: hydrogen, This theory was strengthened by George Gamow (1904-1968) in the 1940s and confirmed by Cosmic Background Radiation.[6], by Arno Allan Penzias (1933-) and Robert Woodrow Wilson (1936-), in 1965.

In its early days, Lemaître's theory was not supported by the scientists of the time, but a little later it was accepted by Pope Pius XII (1876-1958), who understood that if the Universe had a beginning it was because it was created, so there had to be a Creator: God. Since that time there has been a perception that the he origin of the Universe has always been a question for theologians, not scientists, This is mirrored in the words of Robert Jastrow (1925-2008), astronomer, physicist, cosmologist and former director of NASA: “For the scientist who has been guided by faith in the power of reason, history ends like a bad dream. He has climbed the mountain of ignorance; he is about to conquer the highest peak; as he crosses the last rock, he is greeted by a group of theologians who have been sitting there for centuries” (Powel, 2005, p. 19).

Historically, man has always limited himself to a planet, a solar system, a galaxy or a universe, limits that are only a partial description of reality. Auspiciously, humanity today has two sets of laws to understand how nature works: the Theory of Relativity, for the macrocosm, and the Quantum Physics, The former is dedicated to understanding everything that works below the speed of light (local), while the latter explains everything that “exists” above the speed of light, the non-local, outside of space-time. For this reason, we suggest calling it multidimensional physics, for obvious reasons.

As far as the macrocosm is concerned, despite the advances of classical physics, the greatest merit of cosmology so far has been to prove that the sky does not exist, nor is it the limit. Despite its enormous success in exploring universal space, in more than a century of its existence, modern cosmology has still not managed to effectively know what the Universe is made of, and only knows 5% of it, since 95% are provisionally called dark matter e dark energy, The causes of these events are still unknown, although their effects can be seen, perhaps because science has not heeded one of the warnings of the great Serbian scientist Nikola Tesla. (1856-1943), when he stated that “the day science begins to study non-physical phenomena, it will progress more in a decade than in all the previous centuries of its existence”.

In the same sense, it can also be inferred that “[...] science doesn't know enough, but it will get there if it wants to walk with Spiritism” (Kardec, 2004, chapter 4, item 51), because the time has come for it to take its place among human knowledge.

A new cosmological stance could open up new horizons and lead science to include so-called non-local hidden variables in its research, accepting the possibility of the existence of the Spirit and the Spirit World as valid scientific hypotheses, based on statements such as that of American physicist David Bohm (1917-1992): “The present idea of the Universe may represent some stage of a larger Universe, a Universe of light. As far as we can see, this Universe of light is eternal. However, at a certain point, some of these light rays came together and produced the great explosion - the Big Bang. This triggered our Universe, which will also come to an end” (David Bohm, 2006).

Coincidentally, the String theory presents a very plausible hypothesis for the existence of our Universe: with the Big Bang, three spatial dimensions and one temporal dimension have unfolded and expanded to their current proportions, with the other dimensions remaining small and curved at the Planck distance (10-35m)[7] (Greene, 2001).

Kardec (1999) reminded us in The Spirits' Book, The Universe encompasses the infinity of worlds we see and those we don't, all animate and inanimate beings, all the stars that move in space and the fluids that fill it. Thus, our Universe can only be infinite for man (Kardec, 2005), because in the microcosm of the universe-matter, outside of space-time, there is another world, this one truly infinite (Kardec, 1999), a world that interpenetrates ours and merges with it, made up of the same matter (Kardec, 2005), but in another dimension, outside of space-time: the Spirit World. This Spiritual World is the only legitimate and eternal one; the Material World could cease to exist or never have existed, without altering the essence of this spiritual world (Kardec, 1999, questions 84-86).

In an attempt to understand the magnitude of this statement, it is worth remembering that the so-called “local reality” that surrounds us corresponds to only 12.5% (Nobre, 2012), while the “non-local reality” would be estimated at 87.5%, which brings us back to the Bell's Theorem when it establishes that hidden variables, in order to be compatible with quantum mechanics, must be non-local (Goswami, 2003). Fortunately, quantum physics emerged at the beginning of the 20th century to better address this “non-local reality”, because classical physics was unable to explain events that take place outside of space-time, below the scale of 10-10m (one angstrom). It has principles, which support the formatting of knowledge and new theories, and postulates, which are accepted as axiomatic truths.

Man tries to understand the Universe by looking from the material world to the spiritual world, but he must study it from the spiritual world to the material world, helping to build new times (Luiz, 2015), in a process that Quantum Physics calls downward causation. Let's do it!

First of all, we have to consider the existence of God as the first cause of all things, material and immaterial, the cause of all causes, inferring, therefore, that if every effect has a cause, every intelligent effect has an intelligent cause, so, as there is no effect without a cause, every effect whose cause is not man, there is God.

God created Spiritual (Intelligent) Principle and Material Principle from all eternity and, at the same time, whose existences, since they are axiomatic truths, do not need demonstration, since they are affirmed by their effects (Kardec, 2001).

This Spiritual (Intelligent) Principle,in its evolutionary sequence, initially learns to breathe in plants, move in animals and think in man, as an Intelligent Being, the Spirit. It must be considered, however, that although the intelligence of humans and animals has the same origin, the Intelligent Principle, In this way, he goes through the various degrees of animality to angelitude, rehearsing for human life as Being Smart, the Spirit, He is the bearer of his own free will, bringing with him the intellectual and moral principle that makes him superior to animals (Kardec, 1999).

O Material Principle, which can also be called Spiritual World, It would be made up of high-power energies, of very high frequency and very short wavelengths, outside of space-time, therefore, being the cause and origin of the Material World, because, as mentioned above, this The Spirit World is the only legitimate and eternal world.

It should also be borne in mind that God does not act directly on matter, or low frequency energy (Kardec, 1999), because it is the Pure Spirits who are responsible for maintaining the order and harmony of the Universe, assisted by the Spirits of the other orders, as co-creators (Kardec, 1999). Consider that in this Universe “matter, bringing together millions of embryonic lives, is also the condensation of energy, meeting the imperatives of the ‘I’ that presides over its destiny. From hydrogen to the most complex atomic units, the power of the eternal Spirit is the directing lever of protons, neutrons and electrons on the infinite road of life” (Luiz, 2016, p. 18), with the electron being one of the basic corpuscles of elementary matter, the Universal Cosmic Fluid (Luiz, 2014). According to André Luiz (2014), the fluid is the divine plasma, the origin of everything, It is in this primordial element that the constellations and suns vibrate and live, worlds and beings, like fish in the ocean.

In view of this information, a new reading of the Universe will have to be expanded even further when human science, using Quantum Physics (multidimensional), goes beyond the singularity[8], be it from Big Bang, In the microcosm, we will see God in the black holes or the atomic nucleus, when we will realize that it is “only” the boundary between the local and the non-local, between the Material World and the Spirit World, where gravity is a relative property, because outside the spheres of the material world there is no weight, neither above nor below (Kardec, 1999). And, at some point, we will all perceive God everywhere in the macrocosm, but we will only be able to understand Him, and ourselves as Spirits, in the microcosm.

Human science will only be able to advance more quickly when it begins to consider hidden, non-local variables in its research, such as: the Universal Cosmic Fluid, the Spirit and, in the not too distant future, God as the supreme intelligence.

Finally, the answers for that man who conducts his thoughts in order, would be that he is a Immortal Spirit, came from Spiritual World and you will return to it after the “death” of your physical body.

And so be it!
